Recent Tests on Conversion of Raw Biomass to Liquid Fuel, Green H2, Natural Sugars, and Other Products
Good news for industrial global production of economical and sustainable ‘green’ Hydrogen and advanced Biofuels simultaneously. This is to be produced from raw cellulosic BIOMASS materials by using a new ‘modular’ Electrolytic membrane technology that can be operated with Solar power, Wind, and Hydro, as energy source providing higher PROFIT margins for end users.
Now, it is possible to install economically viable energy storage (H2) and (liquid fuel) for renewable energy and also build fueling stations in rural agricultural areas.
The key feature of the technology is a newly developed industrial Electrolytic cell designed with unique membrane fouling control to operate on water streams containing high solids and high caustic concentrations.
The Electrolytic cell is assembled w/ DuPont Nafion membranes capable of splitting water, generating hydrogen, and recovering caustic soda. The caustic can be used in alkaline pretreatment of raw lignocellulosic BIOMASS to produce advanced biofuels and H2 economically.
The big News is that we FINALLY completed pilot & lab tests obtaining forward looking data for our new electrolytic membrane Technology starting with low temp pretreatment of raw BIOMASS materials using high caustic concentrations.
The tests also involved Electrolytic caustic recovery, lignin separation, enzymatic conversion of cleaned EL-fibers into fermentable sugars (above 20 brix glucose, xylose,…), and fermentation of advanced biofuel (cellulosic ethanol).
The work included Novozymes enzymes and products and coproducts yields of products and coproducts were great… The technology is ready for demo installations.

Raw biomass materials tested with a New Electrolytic Technology for Economical and Sustainable Production of Hydrogen and liquid Advanced Biofuels
The raw materials tested with the Technology included:
- Agricultural biomass materials, e.g. sugarcane bagasse, redwood dust, corn stover, hay biomass, others, converted to H2, advanced biofuel, sugar, cellulose fiber, etc.
- Municipal solid waste biomass MSW materials, e.g. waste cartons, waste newspaper, and others also tested.
We are ready to install demo Electrolytic modules and produce H2 and advanced biofuel from Biomass using the new Electrolytic membrane technology.
Our Business Strategy is as follows:
The main goal of the company is to focus on economical and sustainable electrolytic production of renewable fuels and other products to provide the industry a way to improve revenues with better profit margins and reduce carbon emissions and harmful discharges to the global environment.
The Short Term
a) Installation of onsite demo plants.
b) Installation of small to medium-sized plants under licensing or contractual partnership agreements.
c) Licensing the technology and partnering worldwide
The Long Term
a) Installation of small to large-plant installations for major industries in USA and all around the world.
b) Join major institutions to reduce harmful environment emissions globally.
